Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to share a story. By submitting the intake, you confirm that what you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

A story may be your own, shared jointly with a partner, or submitted on behalf of someone else — the form asks which. If any part of what you submit describes another person's health or experience, you confirm that they know about the submission and have agreed to it. We may ask that person to confirm directly before their story is used or published, and either of you can withdraw it at any time.

™ Everflourish is a community and research platform, not a healthcare provider. Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no clinician-patient relationship is created. Always talk to a qualified provider about your care. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number or call or text 988 in the US.

You keep ownership of your story, recordings, and notes. You grant ™ Everflourish permission to store them and — only with your separate consent — to share them with peers or use them in de-identified form to improve guidance for other women.

• Share honestly and respect the privacy of anyone you mention.
• Do not use ™ Everflourish to harass, solicit, or sell to other members.
• Do not upload content you don't have the right to share.

™ Everflourish is provided as-is while we build. We may change or pause features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above.
