Privacy Policy

We collect only what you choose to share in the ™ Everflourish intake: your name, your preferred way to be reached (email or phone), your age range, where you live, details about where you are in your journey, and any story, audio recording, or notes you add.

Your responses help us understand what women navigating fertility actually need, and — only with your explicit consent — connect you with peers who have been where you are. We also use aggregated, de-identified patterns to improve the guidance we build.

Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to team members who need it to operate ™ Everflourish. Audio recordings are stored in a private bucket that is not publicly accessible.

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share your story with peers without your separate, explicit consent.
• We do not send you text messages unless you opted in to SMS.

You can ask us to correct or delete everything you've shared at any time, and you never need an old email to do it. Use the delete my story form or email hello@everflourishapp.com. We delete everything connected to you, including voice recordings, and confirm within 7 days.

While you fill in the intake, your answers are saved on the device you're using so you can come back to them. Your written story is held only for the current browser session, and everything is cleared when you submit. On a shared device, use Clear this device in the form to wipe the saved draft immediately.
